I have this damned ps leak commin from somewhere and I couldn't figure out where it was commin from. So I've replaced the pump and main hose. Still leaks. I took it to a shop and they said basically the rack and pinion was busted to hell (probably remained from the bad wreck). I talked to a good friend of mine and he suggested to upgrade to a 2001 SS rack and pinion. To my understanding I also have to upgrade the collar. My year has like a 45* angle and the new one has a 90* (correct me if I'm wrong on that). I just wanna know if its a sound idea. Right now I have no power steering it feels like. Thanks -B
