ok...just so you know, i did try the "search" feature and couldn't find what i was looking for. maybe it's in there....i couldn't find it.
i just put on a new 02 sensor and need to reset the light/computer. Without a scanner, how can i do this?
I went to Autozone to do their "free" dianogistic check and then they said, "oh, we can't reset it". So now my light is stuck on.
You can buy a $30-40 OBII code reader that clears codes , it will flash the codes 3 times then clear them, they have them all over ebay and Habor frieght carrys them too. Or I heard that if you disconnect the batt. for 30 mins. it will reset it.
