My fuel pmp sensor is sticking on the full side so I am thinking about changing the whole assembly. I found one one Ebay but it is for a V8 do you know if it is compatible?

I think it will work because as far as I know they all carry the same size fuel tank.

        Re: Fuel pump sensor

i've been without one for almost years now. All I do is make sure to fill it up when it gets down to about half a tank. it's bad to run low on fuel anyways seeing as the fuel cools our pumps

they changed the tank in 99' i believe from 15.5 to 16.8 gallons

im not sure if/how it affects the sending unit though

the v8 pumps do push out a higher volume, but will work fine still

you have to cut a hole in the body so you can access the fuel pump ithout dropping the tank itself.
