  • New PCM????

    I have a 99' Firebird, and last year I had my engine replaced with a engine from 2000 year. And I was wondering if I should change out my PCM to a 2000, say if I plan to use HPTuners software in the future?

    nope you are fine with the 99 pcm if you just swapped out engines.

      Ok thats what I thought since I haven't had any problems with it but jus wondered if the were any advantges of havin the 2000 over the 99
