hp tuner

my brother is coming out and he wants me to tune his 2002 camaro v6 i just got the hp tuners computer reprogramer and i really havnt started to learn it yet.... he comes out this saturday and he wants the most hp and torque he can get out of it.... i dont suppose anyone can help me out, give me a step by step on how to do that, or even a tune they have done but can send me........

here are his mods...

msd coils, accelle wires. bosh iridium plugs, throttle body spacer, ram air, whisper lid, pace setter headers, borla exhaust with a high flow cat, 160 degree thermostat, 3:23 gears, stock 4l60E transmission, jet air temperature senser... oh and a custome intake with k&N filter.

tuning in one weekend is going to be hard, tuning is a never ending process as it can change with weather and all.
