  • wideband question.

would this be a good wideband kit for my car...like compatible with hptuners and such? I have a guy selling one locally, and seeing if its worth trying to get a deal on it.

That is the same wideband I've been running for about 4 years now without any problems. PLX-M300 is a great wideband. Even when I dynoed it was pretty close to the dynos #'s. Just because mine is where the CAT is and he put the dyno sensor in the tail pipe so there would be a slight difference in the #'s. Even the sensor is still working still after 4 years, and their only $60-70 to replace if they do go bad. What price is he selling it for? New they go for $325(or so, thats how much mine was) for the controller which has a wire for Hptuners and the Bosch sensor.

          Re: wideband question.

Someone showed me this GP so I feel almost obligated to pass it along. PLX wideband and gauge setup for 225 shipped. I'm very happy with the quality it appears to have (haven't installed it yet) and it has hp tuners capabilities.

yea i was gonna say for that price just go with the wideband that summit racing sells http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku its the same thing as an LC-1 since it uses the inovative software cable and all and it comes with a 2-1/16 guage for 50 dollars more

                Re: wideband question.

If he has a extra Bosch Sensor, $275 or even $300 would be a steal, esp. if it is new.
