  • Stock Tune for my '02

Last year I had my PCM tuned by TSP using HPTuners and it turned out great, no problems at all. But now I'm setting up my nitrous kit and want to start running a stock tune again just to be safe. I bought the HPTuners suite myself and am getting more accustomed to it. The problem is, I don't have a file for my stock tune. I've tried getting it from TSP, no luck. I've looked around on the online tuner file libraries like
    http://www.horist.com/hptuner/
But no one seems to have an '02 file.

Does anyone here happen to have one? Or will another model year have the exact same tune as an '02 Firebird, possibly 98-02? I know I can't load another year's file onto my PCM but I can at least copy all the data onto one of my files and do it that way.

I really don't want to have to take it to the dealer and PAY them to flash my PCM back to stock after I'd paid all this money to get it custom tuned. I'd appreciate any help, thanks

Ya, I called them today and they said Jason, the guy who does the tunes now, had his laptop crash and couldn't get me a stock tune. But that's right about the free updates, I almost completely forgot! Next time I guess I'll speak to him directly and have him email me both a stock tune and a nitrous tune if possible.

        I couldn't find one either...

check your e-mail though I sent in a stock tune for a 99A4, and a 01M5 the 01 M5 should be a good baseline, if you don't plan on setting your Auto tranny stuff back to stock.
