Alright so my AFR at idle is a solid 15.3 is that okay?... Or should I tune to be 14.7 and if so what am I supposed to use to tune the idle AFR? Im locked in a WOT 11-11.7 so thats not a problem.

If your using your stock O2's it should be 14.7 Are you using a wide band to check your a/f ratio? It might need to be calibrated If not you could have an exhaust leak. If you don't have any exhaust leaks and the wide band is calibrated you might need new O2's.
