Hey i just need some help ive seen jet chips that can get you 25 to 50 more horse power. Do they sell one for my car a 96 3.8 ? Are they worth it? do i need to swap my ecu ? And any other options concerning that. Thanks

    Chips don't do anything.

No single mod short of forced induction is going to get you 50hp. Otherwise we wouldn't have full headers down cars struggling to hit 230.

Tell them the mods you've done to your car, and they'll send you a ghetto-tuned computer for more performance. Send back your old computer to refund the core charge. Not quite as good as a real dynotune I'm sure, but I not nearly as pricey.

Don't get a "chip" off ebay or something, it does virtually nothing for your car's performance. Save your money.

Just get HPTuners and a wideband and tune it yourself. Its worth it in the end if you are going to get into the modding game. Chips are junk, they just tell the computer that the incoming air is something like -50* to add more timing. I will guarantee you that you will not get 10hp from a chip. In fact I have seen people run 1/4's with and without chips back to back and the chips usually run slower.
