electric fan problem

my electric fans arent working at all. i checked all the fuses and relays. cant figure out why they wont turn on. any ideas as to what else could be kepping them from turning on?

If they don't come on if you turn the A/C on, and you checked the under hood fuses and everything they could have gone bad. There is also the plug in for them up by the PCM might want to check there to make sure the connector is tight, also on the fans themselves.
