Thosre aren't HIDs, they're Xenon's. They'll still be better then stock, but a HID kit can be found on eBay for about that price.....

I was going to post up some HIDS but I then saw you had a firebird , which I know nothing about your head lights , sorry. BTW I have 6000K HIDS installed in my fogs and low beams with some headlight covers , There are pics in my profile on my Cardomain page. Good luck finding some, I'm sure someone will post where to get some for you.

          Re: HID conversion?

That's actually a conversion kit to go from your stock H4666 sealed beam bulbs to removable H4 bulbs. That one is the exact same setup I have on my Firebird, from the same seller. I've bought from that guy several times, and have always received great service. If you find his store on ebay, you can probably get a better deal than you would on his website. That's a good retrofit kit, except for the harness, it's really cheap and ends up falling apart. You can get a heavy duty harness from AutoZone for about $12.

As already said though, that's not an HID kit, but it is a nice step up. Only way I know and recommend upgrading to HID's is by using OEM projectors from other makes and model cars. So aside from that if you're just looking for a plug and play HID kit (which I don't recommend) then you can find those all over ebay. You'll still need to get those headlight buckets so you can use a removable H4 bulb. But there's plenty of places you can get those, not saying you have to buy that kit itself to get them. If you google 4x6 sealed beam conversion you may even be able to find them cheaper.
