  • Monsoon Anti-theft instructions

I just got a camaro monsoon system in my firebird and I wanted to activate the anti-theft. I was wondering if anyone who had a manual for a 99-02 camaro with an antitheft monsoon could tell me the directions on how to reactivate the anti-theft with the number of my choice. Thanks a lot.

lol your lucky im bored :)

1.pick your code, any number between 3-4 digit number DONT FORGET IT!!

    2. turn acc or run
    3. turn off radio
4.hold 1 and 4 until "--" is shown program your code using mn and hr
    5. press am/fm after the code matches what you desire
6.display will show "rep" indicating you to re enter your code
7.press am/fm a second time after you re enter your code.
    8. if done correctly after hitting am/fm the display will show "SEC" letting you know your radio is now secure. also the small LED light will flash when ignition is turned off

any time there is power loss to your radio you must re enter your code by pressing mn/hr followed by am/fm
if you enter the wrong code (DONT) inop will apear and you must wait 1hour with the ignition on before you try again. at this time you have 3 chanches to enter the right code, if you dont you are screwed
