    yea I get them for $320, dont have to pay shipping, and know that they are brand new. The 2nd one you have is trash. And the first one isn't even the right box for the newest model, they have a seal at the bottom to protect it from being sold opened, so you can trust whatever you want. I'd know since I sell this tuff 20 hours a week. I'm pretty sure you can always find anything cheap on ebay, but it may be used also.

        I can, but it's not a job that I want to do for the rest of my life. I'm just trying to help out a friend. It also says in my handbook, that I can buy them as gifts and not get in trouble. I take this as a gift t him;)

          At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
          Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
