  • Who would buy 12inch stealths?

I have driver and passenger side 12inch stealthboxes that are probably going to be up for sale in the next few days. These are the custom fiberglass boxes that were made by BJ Nolen, also known as LS1346CID. The drivers side has .9cuft and the passenger side has 1.35cuft. Make sure your sub matches the airspace correctly or else you won't get a good sound. One last thing, keep in mind you will have to lose the spare tire and you will have to cut the passenger side quarter trim panel to match the one on the drivers side.
If anyone is interested let me know and I will get back to them when I find out what i'm doing with them.

What price are you offering these for? Also, what do they look like on the parts that are visible? Got any pics? Sounds like something I may be interested in...

Visible sides are carpeted with a black carpet. Not sure on the price yet, that's why i'm trying to build up interest so I can recover a good part of my purchase cost. I paid $250 each, I hope to recover at least $150 each. I am trying to get some pics, but my digital camera crapped out. I'll have to see if I can borrow one.

I remember when BJ made these. At the time I was poor, and had no money for custom stuff like that. Now that the funds are a little better, hehe ya never know.

You have to use some small drivers for those boxes. Something like JL12w3's would probably work great, along with IDQ's and such.

I think you could recover most of your money back. I'd be aiming for $250-300 for the pair shipped or + shipping or split it.

Anything you looking for, maybe trade + cash? Let me know, I may be intrested.

          Thanks,
          Chris

I was going to sell them on eBay, but I did not like their fees. I reviewed the prices on the unloaded JL Audio and MTX boxes and have decided to set the prices at $225 each shipped UPS ground. I paid $250 each and I figured there is little to no value loss on a sub box because it's still exactly the same custom fiberglass box and there's no worry of it breaking two months later. There are currently two people i'm waiting to hear back from who have first dibs, but anyone else who is interested please email me and I will contact you to let you know if either or both backed out. nin@austin.rr.com Here are some slightly blurred pics of the boxes installed for those who requested them.

If anyone would like a large detailed pic let me know and I will email one or both to you. Those files are about half a MB each.

Thank you who've responded for your interest.
