I was wondering what front and rear speakers I should get that would sound good that were around $100 a pair.

Try this site, I found some good deals for speakers here and they are affiliated with ebay so you can use the same type of payments. Look on the left side and click on Speakers, SubWoofers, Stereo's, etc. You should find some really good deals there.
