    they are only 125 watts...... now do watts really make a difference? Anyone heard 2 12's of these in a sealed box? (that's what I wanna rig up).

    That should bump along pretty good. I would port them. It's not as hard as you think to build a ported box. What do you mean do watts really matter? More specific...

      Watts do matter to a point. You'll notice that the more expesnive subs will handle more watts. Most subs can handle more than they are rated at if the signal is clean. 125 watts RMS is not much. It will sound all right, but then you'll want more bass than that. Next, you'll want bigger amps and more sub wattage. The cylce never ends, just ask around. You'd be better off getting like the W3 or better from the start. JMO.
