Well, I figured that it was finally time to post something about this here. I have had this box in my car for about 6 months now, but never got around to taking pictures or making a page about it. Anyways, the materials costed about 100 dollars and I worked on it on and off for 3 days. Me and my dad made this, it has no leaks or voids. In it is a 12" JL 12W3D4V2 dvc subwoofer. It sounds awesome, and is very loud.

Nice job. Nothing like a homemade resin box.

1.2 or so cubic feet. It took a while for us to plan, then we just went wild w/ the duct tape one day, lol. It took about 3-4 days of on and off work, including going to advance auto for parts and stuff. Didnt use a mold release, so that was time consuming. But, the baffle took the longest out of anything. Making it strong and flat like that was kinda time consuming as well. Thanks for the comments!

I've got a couple of Q's for Spooty:

Could you give us a list of about how much and what type of materials were used? And maybe where we could get some of that stuff?

How is the enclosure held in place?

                            Thanks. The box looks great!!!
