popup lights won't line up

I got a problem the popup headlights on my firebird wont line up right when i turn them on its about 3 ins off does any buddy know how to reline them

Im assuming you mean one of the headlights is 3 inches higher up? Like one has a lazy eye going on? More then likely a gear is probably stripped. If this is your problem, just rotoate the gear 180* using the free headlgiht fix.

yea the one headlight is being a lazy eye i didn't know if the gear was stripped or if the arm was bent or not but thanks for the info i'll take a look at the gear

THose gears are nylon and they wear out easily. They sell brass ones at ebay.
