I have a possible deal for a 93 T/A rear. I obviously want to be sure that it will fit and what ratio might it be. Its an auto car with disc brakes. TIA :wavey:

Re: Will a 93 T/A Rear fit my 98? Ratio?
Well I need new axles, just killed a 3 week old bearing. New seal wouldnt even hold in the oil... Seeing how I can only get new axles for 250 or more (plus new bearings and seals); seemed logical to get a complete undamaged rear that includes everything even the brakes all around for 200...
And I thought it might be a possibility that the rear would have a higher ratio. I was quite disappointed to find out that my Y87 had 3.23 gears... :(
Thanks for the input, looks like Im still stuck though :(sigpic

Yeah thats what I thought. But after pulling axles I was able to see 13.42 on the gear, which is 3.23... :(Last edited by nimrod.sixty9; 08-10-2009, 05:23 PM.sigpic

Building the Tom Henry RS
Part 4: Suspension Mods, Tires, Wheels, Headers and other Cool Stuff.
By: Hib Halverson
At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...02-07-2020, 10:30 PM
