95 v8 rear end in 99 v6

i came across a complete rear end out of a 95 formula with 3.73 gears for $250. will this be a direct swap for my 99 v6 camaro? i am aware of the traction control/abs sensors problems associated with newer ones so what about this?

99 is a uses a 3 channel rear, while the 95 uses a 2 channel. I believe the 2-ch can be used in place of a 3-ch, but not the other way around. So it should work.

is the abs sensor ontop of the pumpkin, or on each of the wheels?
