3rd gen T5 shifter in 4th gen?

I found an amazing deal on a short shifter that came out of a 3rd gen T5 transmission. Will it work in our T5s?

hurst billet plus shifters have the same part numbers for the 3rd gen and 4th gen T5. give it a shot!

the exteriors of the T-5s are identical. The shifter WILL fit...good find man

They are the same.... when I bought my Pro 5.0 shifter it says on top of it For 82-92 Camaro but works beautifully in my 2002
