    automatic shifters..

    Okay, need your help guys. I want to get an automatic shifter for my car for christmas but I'm not sure which to get. Any good suggestions and would this kill my transmission if I get one? Thanks guys! I have a 3.8l auto firebird 1996!

    lol, no its not going to kill your transmission

    take a look at jegs or summit.. they have a ton of shifters for you to choose from..

      2002 SOM Z28 Camaro - 12.9 @ 104 mph
      1996 3800 Camaro - 13.43 @ 100.77 mph

            you doing it for looks or do you think it makes your shifts quicker like a short throw on a manual? Just gotta ask cuz you asked if it would hurt your trans

                  You need a transgo Shift Kit.
