more headaches,pls help

guys 2 months ago i noticed that the lockup did not work anymore, i did not worry since i live in a stop and go country(aruba).but now comes the nasty part,week ago i noticed that when i put the car in drive and i press the gas, the car starts in 2 gear then shift in 3th and stays like that,when i stop, it goes in 2nd and so on. help me.

do you have the sgs (Second Gear Start) button on the dash?

ok guys thanx alot for``helping me``.. the selenoid went bad,,and also the tc lockup went bad
