is this common?

on the t-5 trans is trans fluid soposed to leak out when i take my driveshaft out the back of it?

and what is the best way to install a new driveshaft with out letting the fluid leak out? just try and get the new one in there as fast as possible?

as long as it's not the equivalent of a firehose, it's fine...a drop or two is to be expected

yes its common. best way is not to have the front of the car tilted up higher than the back
