Built tranny ???/

Hey guys I found this guy selling a rebuilt 4l60E and Im considering buying it. The tranny was completely rebuilt after 67k which mine has almost 69k on it stock. After being rebuilt it has only had 2500k put on it and not really has even been broken in yet. Its been drivin normlay for the most part except for 10 track runs. He had the tranny removed and checked to make sure everythign looked good inside of it and it checked out fine. He is wanting 1,000 for it and Im considering buying it. Here is a list of what is done to it. The tranny is built to hold up to 500hp also.

Im just wondering if that is a great buy on a rebuilt tranny cuz it sounds good to me.

Did it come out of a v6 or a v8? Ive been told a v8 4l60e is built different than one for a v6.

It came form a v6 car, but Ive decided on not gettin it. Ill just wait and build mine later.
