Diff Fluid?

What type/ kind of fluid do I need? I cant find it in my book or anything.

1997 Camaro 3.8 5 speed

Check your door codes to see if you have LSD cuz if you do you'll need the fluid that has the special additive in it. I use AmsOil Severe Gear, it has the additive in it already.

I'm pretty sure its an open differential. Its a base Camaro 97. And only the passenger rear wheel spins at takeoff.

1.75 quarts of gear lube.

i just did my rear swap and i put 2.5 bottles in...i got valvoline stuff that already has the addative in it for my LSD...nice stuff
