  • Converter Quickie-Question

Being I will be using street tires I'm looking for a converter with a fairly soft launch. The stock converter has a 1.8STR, so something between 1.8 and 2.1 should be alright for my needs, I can always feather it.

I'm trying to decide between a Vigilante and a Yank 3000... The Yank is 2.0STR 3000 Stall, the Vigilante is 2800stall? but I don't know the STR. Any help on this matter would be appreciated, does anyone own either of these converters?

Your best bet would probably be to call the companies. From what I've heard they're pretty helpful and will work with you to get a TC that meets your needs.

You can also get the stall ratio you want for a hundred bucks more. It might be less, I'm not sure.
