• anyone have or tried 4.10 gears?

the only 3.4 on the list to run 13's was running 4.10 gears. ive done the math for highway rpm's and can still go 65mph (55 limit in my area) at just under 2500. im getting a new car in less than a year and gas milage is not an issue right now b/c i drive once a week anyways.

4.10 gears would give a better 1/4 mile time than 3.73 and 3.42 gears, right?

Yes and no. Its hard to explain but it depends. Alot of factors come in play when determinig appropiate gear ratios. Just stick with the 3.73's dude, its more than enough..lower than that will mess you up. Such low gears will put your transmission in the higher gears very quickly.
