    i want to get 3.73 rear end gears and LSD. how much would this cost to get and have someone install it for me?
    96 Camaro M5.     I think anywhere from 4-600 just for the parts depending on what brand you get. I think the LSD itself will cost 300+. As for labor, I have no idea, maybe 1-200 for labor, that is just a guess I pulled out of my a$$ though.

        so the gears im getting around 200. plus the LSD from SLPonline is about 90. so im looking at about 300 bucks. im having a friend do the installation as a side job at his work.

          what is the part number for that LSD, I want one now, only 90 bucks.

              I bought the my 3.73's at Jeg's for $185, LSD for $89 at SLP and labor I only spent $100 but because I knew the mechanic.

              Dont forget you might also need a new reluctor ring. its around $20 i think. It depends on what carrier you have now. If you have a class 2 you will need a new reluctor ring because you are switching to class 3. Without it your ABS wont work right.
