look around on the boards for someone selling some used if you want to buy new you can go through slp, thunder racing, tbryne.

what gears do you have now? auto or manual tranny? you might have to buy more then gears depending on the answers to the questions

Oh yeah, I have 3.42s for $170 plus shipping. Brand new GM Motives. If you're interested let me know, I'll check with FedEx or UPS to see how much it is to ship.

I think you should be able to get the 3.42's for under 200$ canadian if you go to a local performance shop? GM wants to charge me around 400$ plus installation so I went to a local shop, Rudy Held's Performance in New Hamburg, Ontario and he quoted me 180$ for the gears and roughly 4 hours to install.

As far as any online ordering sites....they're all american and way too much money

It's like night and day when replacing 3.42s with 3.08s.

They launch alot faster, they rev faster, you go through the rpm faster, then you shift and stay in higher rpm. There is nothing good about 3.08s.

Keep talkin' about 'em Dom! I can't hear it enough! I just love my gears! If I had an m5 I might would've tried 3.73s, depending on what the drive ratio was like in 5th.
