1/2 kit from jegs...

i got the kit today and all it has is three different parts...10 bolt cover gasket, pinion seal, and some shims...but i think i'm missing the crush sleeve unless it is inside the pinion seal or around it or something...anyone know? i know dom does...

Crush sleeve should be there also. It's just a small cylinder with the middle slightly wider. Now you just need a new pinion nut.

ya i think they placed it inside the pinion seal...where can i get a pinion nut and why can't the one on there now be reused?

Threads might be weakened or damaged. Jegs has those also.

hey dom, now that i look at exactly how many shims i got, i count only FIVE! is that going to be enough? thx.
