Neal racing torque converter

is this a good converter, the Neal racing torque converter -
"4L60E 3000 Stall W/ Lock Up & Anti Balloon Plates $485.99"

not the Neal Racing Bulletproof Billet Converters, the ones under it are a lot cheaper- are they as good as anything?
