I want 3.42's but i dont know what else I need to install for everything to work. Would it just be easier to go ahead and get an LSD and install together. I was thinking of Motive Gears for $189. Anyways any input would be appreciated. I'm freaking tired of my 3.08's. :mad:

Get the LSD and gear install kit. You'll need th shims but if you haven't done this before it's not an easy install. pay to have it done, they will get all the stuff they need to install it. Id get the gears, lsd, and reluctor ring. Your speedo will be off a bit. I'm not sur ethose SCU's work right. Do a search and see.

ok, i just did the same.
you need:
1.)reluctor ring
2.)gears 3.42
3.)lsd (zexel torsen take off... or another 3 series carrier)
4.)install kit (the shop will be able to get this for you)Comment

also as far as having it reprogrammed, you can find a place to get it done. you just gotta look around a bit.
