  • installing corvette servo

    i just got a deluxe corvette servo kit (has tv boost valve, accumulator pistons also) but no instructions with it. anyone know how to do it or where i can find some good instructions to get this thing installed?
    you can\'t get off if you don\'t get on

    It will be a lot easier to have a shop install it. TRUST me, you have to drop the tranny mount and the whole thing is a pain in the a$$. It will cost around 60 bux or so.

        much rather do it myself than pay someone else to do what i can figure out. did finally get some instructions from the seller, no dropping of the transmission, everything seems pretty easy to me. thanks for the suggestions.

          In most cases with the 93-96/97's all you have to do is loosen the crossmember that holds up the tranny and let it drop some. Pull the servo out piece by piece.

          Also I suggest having a vice or c-clamp handy1!
