  • Servo question

i recently had a transmission leak, thought it was a hose, but it turns out that my servo put too much pressure on my transmission case and sent a piece flying. I just got a new case installed, and my question is... Is it safe to race with? I'm scared to break it again. I could barely afford to get it fixed, and if it breaks again i'm screwed. I wanted to get to the track one more time, with my new cat, and have the A/C bypassed and try for a 15 sec time. any help is appreciated.

Who said or what made them say it created too much pressure? Was it the stock servo or the aftermarket Vette servo?

i'm assuming it was the stock servo. when the car was jacked up it was kinda angled out and a chunk of the casing (on the side of it) was missing.
