Clutch feels wierd

This just started this morning...when i push the clutch out (step on the pedal), it feels like it is grinding on something...

You know when you rock in a really old rocking chair how it creaks and stuff? thats what this reminded me of.

I dont think the clutch itself would cause this...but throwout bearings maybe? Or maybe something like a cat or duck got wedged up under my car and it is rubbing against it.

I would say a duck. They come out of nowhere and hundreds of cars each year fall victum to duck attacks. J/K. Throwout bearing sounds about right to me. Or maybe the tube that hold the cable has been cut and the cable is rubbing on something. Thats all I can think of right now.
