We are getting ready to put my friends built 3800 in his Camaro, and where going to get another tranny to have built. I was just wanting to make sure what all year tranny's are interchangeable? He has '96. Is the just the '96-'97 the same or is the '96-'02 the same?

as far as I know its 96-02... I swapped my sensors over to be safe but I woudl assume they are similar.
I have a quoted 97 tranny in my '00.-Eric
2000 NBM V6 Camaro 5-speed T-top converted
14.467@95.45mph $0 in mods
The member formerly known as MustangEater8251

I'm not sure what's up with my 99 auto. I had to get a tranny filter for a 96 to fit in the pan. There might be some issues there too, but nothing major.~Chris
1999 Hugger Orange Camaro
http://www.cardomain.com/ride/273836

†…faith…hope
