I'm wondering if the y87 lsd in clutch type, like posi's are? also, is the slp lsd a clutch type or not?

Torsen became standard in 99+. Auburn was standard in 98. 93-97 I'm not sure about. Rest is in Drivetrain FAQ: Rear end FAQ #1.
