Transmission wine

okay so my i can hear from down at my shiffter and when i get out in my transmission area a wineing like sound that wines with how the engine is turning like if i push the gas the wine gets faster i dont feel a sticking or grinding sound so what could it be

And also now if im going down the road and pushing the gas down in gear I can pull it out of gear prety easily but before the wine I couldn't pull it out of gear when I was pushing the gas going down the road
