How hard are these to install and adjust? Also do they accept the T-handle B&M shift knob?

not sure about the handle, but they are pretty easy to install. Just take off the center console, shift boot and 4 bolts that hold the stock shifter to the trans

takes 15 mins to do. not hard at all. The t handle does work on it but i hated it. kept the stock ball
