  • You've heard it all before...

So I have done a search, got 8 pages of results. not one answered my questions.

    1) Where are ya'll getting these Halo headlights. Im not a fan of the halos, I just like them better than the stock lights. more agressive I guess.
    2) I was reading that people were having problems installing them. Whats the deal? they never really explained.
3)adjusting the headlights... are they not adjustable? Whats going on with the stock brackets on the aftermarket lights?
4)ebay? who is the person to purchase these from? The old links just dont work anymore.

    Thanks guys.

you've answered your own question. Go to ebay and type in "camaro halo" and you'll see them. I suggest the twin halos because the single halos look stupid and the led's burn out. the twin halos are cold cathode flourescent lights that are really bright. and they look better.

its very easy... first, just unbolt the 2 bolts holding the headlight in place, and pop it out. then put the new one in the same way but backwards. Some people have to swap the mounting brackets but I never had a problem with fitment. just try it. too easy archer, too easy.

almost everyone gets them from ebay. yes they are adjustable, yes they will fit, yes they use stock brackets... but they dont always fit very well. they are aftermarket headlights after all, so dont expect perfection!

            Hooah... lol AirBorne!

Ok, so I see them on ebay. all different prices, not a fan of the halo projector lights. but ohwell. So I have to buy a set of these blk halo lights, and a set of stockers so I can salvage the brackets on it. lol Its a never ending story! lol

Another thing I was looking at was this gap from the headlight and the bumper on the aftermarket lights. How bad is that gap? Keep in mind I have a 97 Camaro that I am upgrading. I just got the bumper and brackets are on their way... just need the hood, fenders, and bump stop...

i wouldnt buy a set of stock ones just for the brackets. its not that big of a deal. the brackets they come with work fine if you know how to adjust them.

Well from what I percieve he doesn't have any headlights at the moment.

For fitment, what most people do if the gap between the headlight and bumper is too much is put washers inbetween the bolt and the headlight.
