    Ok so in my opinion it looks amazing for being free!!!

      You should remove the ball from the old one and stick in on the shorty. That's what I did, looks better imo. Looks good though, :tup:

                  it's about 8" and today i really got to test out the reception and it's exactly the same as before, i didn't lose any signal which i'm pretty happy about!!

                            how did you get it? kudos for you my friend. my brother tried getting me a plactis one off of a totled del sol (works at a junk yard) but i dont think it would look right.

                              Followed your lead, cut mine up today. Instead of putting the ball back on I took the shortened antenna to the bench grinder and shaped the tip into a nice rounded tip and a little dab of paint. I'm liking it :) Thanks for the inspiration!

                                At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
                                Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
