• Wet Okole Seat Covers

I've heard several people on different boards talk about these seat covers, does anyone here have them? If so are they worth $400-500 and do you have pictures?

$500!?!?! The universal high back buckets are only $100 for a pair. From the ones i have seen in person they are very nice. I would just get the universals.

Yea, I have them in the front, they cost me $280 shipped with the Firebird Graphic on the seat back. Everyone that sees them loves them.

      Seats

      They are kinda expensive though.

What do they feel like? Leather? Cloth? Wet Suit? Nylons? (no, not a daily thing ... )

They are the custom fit ones. Most people can't even tell they are covers. Everyone just thinks I bought new seats, they hug the seat pretty good.

They look kinda like leather, feels like cloth, and are completely waterproof. I really like them. Not really hot to sit in in the Summer, and don't freeze your butt off in the winter.

They are very popular here in Hawaii<---where they originated from and they are *extremely* well made. Never heard any complaints about them, except price.

I bought them directly from Wet Okole, about 2 years ago. Maybe they were cheaper back then, I dunno, I thought that $280 was pretty high myself.

My brother in law had one in his Jetta, and it fit perfectly and last long!

By the way, anyone outside Hawaii know what an "okole" is?

                           I love this kitty!

                          Popoke! :D

By the way, 2WISH4, how's that Grand Prix??? Wanna go ride around the island or something sometime?

Sheesh, I remember when you could get a pair of Wet Okole seat covers for 100 bucks... but that was when they first came out!

I know they last long, but I'd rather go to the Swap Meet here and get 14 dollar Aloha Shirt type seat covers... I know, I know, I'm cheap! But I'd rather spend 500 bucks on ground effects or something! Or 500 more or so, and get leather seats.
