Im going to be getting new rims soon. Probally the eagle type 077 rims.

    1. Im debating either 17" or 18", which ones do you all like better?

    2. What size tires would i need for the 17" and 18"?

I am have the Eagle 077 in 17".
I was told by several people that w/ 18" there would be a large wheel gap, therefore making the car look NOT so good, unless you lower it.

Eagle 077 rims are all 8" wide. I recommend 245/40/17 or 255/40/17. ( i have 245)I have heard that 35 would be really small, where as 45 would be really large. and i definitely wouldn't go larger than 255 because it will look odd. (besides the fact that it's too big for the rim) and also, you can go smaller than 245.

I would tell u to check out my sig for pictures, but i have none yet....

great looking car. That's the first gold firebird i've seen, and it looks really nice. Especially with the chrome duals and the rims.

if you want stock looking rims, get some ZR1 rims, 17x9.5 front and 17x11 rear and throw on 275-40's on front and 315-35's on rear. 18's look good too, but you can't get as big a contact patch on the rear, unless you wanna semi-tub the rear end.

Wow, I love those rims. Where's the best place to get the Eagle 18" 077 Rims? Are they polished or chrome?
