  • very cheap and easy engine bay mod !!!

    i like to call it the "sharpie mod". look at the 3800 Series II lettering under the strut bar:

    and no, it doesnt get hot and run off all over the upper intake or anything. had it there for 2 weeks, no problems at all. [img]smile.gif[/img] i wonder how many people are going to go get a sharpie and do it. you can even do different colors!! haha.

        i did that same thing to mine a couple days ago, i just used some leftover caliper paint i had laying around, and a little paintbrush to paint mine red.

            its easy and works great. and slowv6 told me it added up to 20 HP depending on the marker.

              i did something similar but instead i got some 120 grit sand paper and sanded the letters and numbers down till they were a diffrent shade than the rest.

              then i polihsed it...

                                At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
                                Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
