  • Buffing out small scratches in clear coat

Looking for recommendations on what you have used to clear up minor scratches in your clear coat?

I finally got both my porter cable polisher and 6 hex pads of different grades for polishing from Chemical guys.

What type of hex pad have you used and which polishers have rid small scratches for you?

3m 03900 rubbing compound worked so good for me. I was able to smooth out clear coat scratches.

ID:	1573780 Got to using some Turtle Wax rubbing compound on some scratches I have slowly cleaning them up one at a time. I have had some awesome results so far!

Some scratches were a little deeper that I couldn’t get all of it out, but 1000x better than it was!
