Technically, I believe it could, but not without a fair amount of modification. Just look at the back of a bird vs Camaro. The hatch on a bird is flat in the back, on a Camaro it wraps around the tail lights and the quarter panels are a different shape which would result in what looks like... well a Firebird hatch on a Camaro.
