  • Ran the SRT-4

Finally got around to running my SRT-4 at maple grove last friday and i was happy with the results.. my goal was to break 13s and I ended up running a 13.5 @ 104 mph w/ a 60 ft of 2.240 @ 17 PSI

I bogged down off the line so i know that hurt my 60 ft.. if i get my 60 ft down to 1.9-2.0 I should be running 13.3s-13.4s

my buddy has the same mods as me just a stage 1 computer and he was running 13.2s all night so once i get around to swapping in the stg 1 computer i will be heading back to the track and bumping up the boost to 21 PSI

You gotta love Dodge for those STR-4s. I saw an SRT-4 beat an super charged Cobra. The guy had a lot of money in it though. But it hurt my feeings that the Cobra beat a suped up Camaro right before it.:(

      Nice good job.

Most of the srt4s timeslips I've seen have 60's around the 2.3-2.5 range so you got a nice 60ft there compared to what I've seen, I mean I'm sure turbo lag has a factor in it, what kind of 60' was your buddy getting?

Also did your brother run his mach1?

my buddie with the ACR SRT-4(13.2) ran a best 60' of 2.0 he had drag radials which he said didn't help in 1st gear.. he couldn't launch any higher then normal but said they eliminated the wheel hop in 2nd gear

my brother got out of work late on friday so he didn't have a chance to run his mach 1.. i am bugging him to get down there.. hopefully next trip he will be able to get down.

i'm going to set up another trip down in about 3 weeks after i get my stage 1 computer & cutout installed.. hope you 2 can make it down then

yea hopefully my car will be back on the road by then, I expect it to be down for a few weeks while it's in the body shop, then i'm calling the tuner to setup an appointment.
