  • Oh look, more weight gone

    Nitrous system got completely rewired over the past couple of days..... center console has previously been all cut up.... and its time has come! Shortly I will recarpet the car's interior to cover up all the area's missing carpet.

        It's knocking on the door of 27XX's

        As for selling the top part..... it is worn out and not in the best shape.... you would be better buying it from a salvage yard

            I installed cross drilled brake lines for weight redux, do u have those? ;)

                      anymore gutting though and it will no longer be classified with our cars here in the forum. It would then become a track only car that need to be trailored which therefore won't count in our timeslips. ;) :poke:

                          So James, in your never ending quest of weight reduction, do you make sure you take a dump before you go to the track? You need to make sure you discard all excess weight :o

                                At the end of Part Three, we changed the valvetrain of the 3.8-liter V6 in the Tom Henry RS. We installed new, Yella Terra "Ultralite" 1.8:1, aluminum roller rocker arms, Katech valve springs and Katech titanium retainers on our 3800 Series II V6.
                                Ultralites are nearly 25% lighter than the stock 1.6 rockers and 8% lighter than the SLP aluminum...
