yup, i didn't want to say anyhitng till i knew for sure i was going....... got to replace the plugs and fix the false KR (padding on the pipe so they stop hitting stuff) and thats it.
mods since last time
Innovative WBO2 ----- now know i'm running rich (10.7:1)
steal brake lines ----- seems to hold 3100-3200 rpm for lanchs now, better then the 2800 !!!
65# Injecotors, witch will let me turn up the boost if tuning time allows
this time if false KR slows me down i'm going to take a little risk and tune it out and only alow 5* max KR, if no good still i'll bump it down to 3*
I'm trying for the record but the track is 4.5 hour drive oneway and i'll still be happy with 11.9 and making it home without tow. Its with all the V6 mustang guys, and the one guy is going for 9's !! they did a track rental and are going to let me TNT bettween thier heats (see www.v6power.net for more info)
BTW its at ceicl (sp?) dragway in Valdosa (sp?), Ga
come out and watch if you like
if i get the runs in to tune, and the false KR stops, i'm going to turn up the boost and try for 118+ Traps. I might even get freaky and put in some race gas if i take the record on pump gas....
however 10.99 on pump gas with alck or meth is my all time goal
